Co-founded Shellment, a CNMV-regulated platform for tokenised investment in non-residential real estate. Took it from zero to a live first version with 200+ KYC'ed users, running an AI-driven SDLC end-to-end with no dedicated engineering team. Still evolving the platform the same way.
Co-founded Finisterra Labs and built Baselight, an LLM interpretability and verifiability platform (3,000+ registered users), on top of a query engine designed for structured data. Acquired by Chainalysis in 2026.
Running the models I depend on on hardware I own (Strix Halo + NVIDIA DGX Spark) instead of renting someone else's compute: local inference, all-day agent workloads, and custom agent tooling.
